• The Rotary information may not fall into the first screenful, depending on user resolution.  Perhaps the Rotary information could be at the top, then the pictures and logo could follow after that.
• Unsure of relationship between the pictures of parks and schools and the Arden Arcade Rotary Club.
• Under "The History of Arden Arcade Rotary Club"  there is something strange happening with the paragraph spacing.  Might be good to provide more clear information in what way they were projects.
• Menu seems to jump up and down on different pages.
• The company name should be a little bigger.
• Site Map is unclear because it does not break into subheadings. 
• Possibly more links on the links page.
• Hard to read the links on the left.  More contrast needed.
• Members list could have been organized with the alphabetic letter headings using more white space to make the list more readable.
• Calendar is a little confusing,  perhaps you could combine it with "events" since there is not much in that folder?
• Horizontal scroll bar was needed to read the page at 640x480 resolution.
• The site map has too many "Arden Arcade Rotary Club" listings, which made it difficult to see find the key words.
• A membership application form would be great.

• Color scheme is great, as is the navigation.  The division of the links on the left was a nice touch, as it removed the problems created by the extra number of links over the best practices guidelines.  Standard navigation colors were good and everything contrasted well and was clearly readable.
• The header is very space efficient.
• Their use of style sheets for more dynamic effects are a good addition.
• Liked the idea of the disclaimer, especially for a service-oriented group.  (People may tend to think a humanitarian organization should accept more responsibility for things than it really does.)
• Redundant navigation schemes can be good.
• The site is very attractive and within the feel of the international Rotary guidelines.
• Excellent idea to include different sections in the navigation bar for both rotary members and visitors who might want to join.

Overall: Excellent site and excellent an presentation.You have a very consistent site with a nice "look and feel".  You did an incredible job giving a strong graphical element to the pages without making them heavy. 

• Excellent site structure.
• Global style sheet is kind of a mess. No HTML in a link style sheet.
• Project report was good, although consider expanding the risks section more. 
• The distinction between the Calendar vs. Events content is not real convincing to me, especially from a navigation scheme point of view. But perhaps it is ok for your clients...
• On the members page, provide text explaining why it is a partial list.
• The comments from your classmates about maintaining a consistent navigation scheme on the left are worth considering (both in the link names and width). I am ok with the "call-out" you had on the "What is Rotary" page, although I would made the call out text smaller and more compact.  But the list of navigation links should be consistent from page to page.
